Memory Care Coalition of Chicago - April Meeting

Our next free, bi-monthly Memory Care Coalition of Chicago meeting is is Thursday, April 12th 2018 at 6:00 pm at Great Lakes Clinical Trials 5149 N Ashland Ave. Chicago, IL 60640.  Street parking is typically readily available.  In addition, parking may be available in the Swedish American Museum Parking lot, located across Foster Ave from the clinic.

Please note that our of meetings are held every two months and will feature presentations by two MCCC members, along with a debate-style discussion of a hot topic for our industry.

We encourage and welcome participation in these meetings from both MCCC members, as well as any individual working in memory-care related fields. Please feel free to share this email and our webiste (www.chicagomemory.org) with your colleagues and friends. In order to enhance the dialog and conversation at these meetings, we encourage all members to bring along and introduce a new memory care friend to each meeting.  Please RSVP by reply to this email if you can make it. We look forward to seeing you there!

This month's meeting will feature a presentation by Dr. Cherie Gilleon, Medical Diretcor of MPAC.  MPAC is a proven industry leader in developing post-acute programs aimed at eliminating unnecessary hospitalizations and delivering cost savings.

Dr. Gilleon is a board-certified family physician who attained her medical degree from Western University in Southern California and completed her Family Medicine residency at St. Joseph Hospital in Chicago.
