2. We insist that all caregivers have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the health care field.

3. Our caregivers are carefully screened: DMV Records, Criminal background, fingerprinted and administered regular as well as random drug testing.  In addition, we require each potential employee to undergo a TB test and a comprehensive aptitude test.

4. Caregivers receive 8 hours of on-site training prior to being hired.  Additionally, each caregiver is required to complete 12 hours of continuing education each year.

5. We are a full service agency, able to provide continuity of care for a patient who may need multiple services.

6. We specialize in the care of patients with Alzheimer’s/Dementia, Chronic Heart Failure, Parkinson’s, Cancer, Hospice, Hypertension/Stroke, as well as Orthopedic Rehabilitation.

7. We guarantee compatibility and satisfaction. If a client is dissatisfied with the service provided by one of our caregivers, we will replace them at no additional charge.

8. We have no finder’s fees or hidden costs.

9. All caregivers are covered under general, professional liability and workers compensation plans and fully bonded.

10. Our private duty services are accepted by all long term care insurance companies.
